Ljajić: Tribunal trying to save face
For the first time in the history of the Hague tribunal, an accused will hear the verdict outside of the courtroom. This decision of the tribunal also means that the authorities in Belgrade would not have to arrest and extradite Šešelj until March 31st, when the sentencing hearing is to be held. Deputy Prime Minister Rasim Ljajić told the Insajder.net that the Hague tribunal found itself in this situation after a series of mistakes.
